There were 6 of us enjoying Jala for the first time. The staff, food, atmosphere were all amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I highly recommend.

Smoky grills, velvety marinades, fragrant spices, and warm gulab jamun—this was the kind of meal that had us savoring every bite. ✨ Magical Dining led us to Tamara, a stylish modern gem that delivered a truly memorable lunch. The Tandoori Malai Chaap was a standout—creamy, smoky, and perfectly grilled. The Chicken Malai Kebab, served over a beautifully selected medley of vegetables, was tender and flavorful. We also enjoyed the Lamb Rogan Josh and Sham Savera, perfectly complemented by garlic naan and fragrant jeera rice. Dessert was the perfect finale: delicate Ras Malai in gently sweetened, cardamom-infused milk, along with wonderfully warm Gulab Jamun—a favorite at our table. Our server, Leo, made the experience even more special. Knowledgeable, personable, and attentive, he guided us through the menu and added a thoughtful extra treat to celebrate our first lunch at Tamara. Beautiful food, warm hospitality, and thoughtful flavors from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

The food, and variance of food was divine; excellent quality, quantity, flavor and choices. Anu served us, explained the dishes and cocktail offerings perfectly. The whole restaurant experience was perfectly curated. What a great team. When in Orlando we will be back and recommending to friends

I’ve been wanting to try Indian food again for a long time. It did not disappoint! I got the combo platter and everything was fantastic. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was clean and quaint. Highly recommend!
