- JJakeNew York City •2 reviews4.0Dined on 13 Dec 2025This was our second time at cafe concerto and our first time in this branch and it was good the food was tasty the cream tea was good. The tables were a bit tightly packed together and the decoration wasn’t as nice as the other one on Oxford Street but it was ok. The real star of the show was SHRUTI C she was amazing considering it was only her second day she had it all down and was very efficient and friendly.More infoCaffe Concerto Haymarket££££• Café• Leicester Square•3.7
- CCarolLondon •1 review5.0Dined on 15 Nov 2025I read a couple of reviews of the Regent Street branch of Caffe Concerto that were very negative, however, it was the branch nearest to us so we decided to take a chance. We were pleasantly surprised. We were queuing to go in and we were 15 mins early for our table, however, we were greeted with a kind and friendly smile and told a table would be cleaned for us in 2 minutes. We were seated very quickly. This particular branch is very small so there are a lot of tables packed in making it a very busy place. The staff are exemplary. They work very, very hard to and in our opinion provide a brilliant service. They are polite, helpful and do everything they can to make you comfortable when they themselves are working in a tightly packed and cramped space. On this occasion, there was a family with children who were loud and getting in the way, they coped with this admirably. I'd have been so cross with the parents for not making their kids aware that in a crowded space the needed to sit down and stay sitting. We had the afternoon tea which, given it was 'chain' food was actually pretty good. The only thing we had which wasn't good was the chocolate cake - it was really dry and bland. Everything else we had was very tasty. The Baileys Hot Chocolate needs less cream and needs to be hot - it was luke warm but a big thumbs up for the fact they were not stingy with the Baileys! We would recommend this branch of Caffe Concerto because the staff are outstanding and given how busy they were, we didn't have to wait ages to be served.More infoCaffe Concerto Regent Street££££• Café• Mayfair•3.6
