Best Italian Restaurants in Four Seasons Hotel

From the warm welcome from Josh, the great service from Rachel, the fabulous food, to the delicious cookies at dessert, our visit was wonderful. We always enjoy our brunch at Giada’s and this visit was just as terrific. Josh greeted us warmly, got us seated in a lovely location by the window, and visited for a few minutes. Rachel was our server, and she was our server last time. She is fantastic! She’s personable, fun, professional, efficient and just a joy to interact with. She recommended the chicken panini which my husband ordered. It was big and delicious. We ended up bringing half of it back to our room (yay mini fridge & microwave) as we’d enjoyed the Salumi & Fromagi appetizer. The meats, cheese, fresh honey, & grapes were a great start to our meal. The rosemary potatoes that came with the panini were tasty too. I ordered the artichoke pizzette which was light, flavorful, and delicious. We had a wonderful experience and so appreciate Rachel making us feel so welcome. We highly recommend brunch at Giada’s.

We came here with a large group of partners while in town for a convention center. It was excellent The steak was amazing and I definitely loved the chef’s special appetizers.

Visit Vegas 6 times a year and our first night is always dinner at Carmines. Baked clams and veal Parmigiana. Just so scrumptious. With the warm bread and a glass of Pinot Grigio, just can’t be any better. Service is great and the atmosphere is fabulous. Coming back the first week of March and you could rest assured that we will be having dinner at carmines the first night. Best Italian in Vegas.

We have eaten here the past couple years when we come to Vegas and Bobby Flay’s restaurants have never failed us. Amalfi is excellent in every aspect. Food and service was wonderful It is just a great experience from the moment we were greeted and seated till we were ready to go. An exciting menu with the right amount of hard choices. We are eating at Brasserie B tomorrow as we did last year and are excited for another great dining experience.

The food and service was great. The music is a little loud so hard to talk. The restrooms are horrible. I don’t see why you can’t have separate men and women’s area. It was confusing and uncomfortable for all and walked in on a man who didn’t lock the door. Very awkward for all.
