Best Italian Restaurants in Port Costa

Never disappoints!! Lunch and cocktails excellent. Our server James was so great which makes it even nicer. I have never felt rushed and always well taken care of.

Food was excellent, but service was a little slow, given that we were one of only 4 tables occupied at the time. Waiter forgot an appetizer and had to be reminded, so it came with the rest of our lunch, which was not ideal. But they were apologetic, and the genuine niceness of the staff makes up for any flaws.

One cannot beat their fried chicken, although their prime rib and assorted Italina dishes are also great. Atmosphere is ultra casual Western style, and the service is always top notch. There is a reason why they have been around for about 90 years! One of most go to places for casual dining.

Overall outstanding. The bar area was very noisy so we asked to sit elsewhere. The parking lot tent was fine with the heater on. Vito our waiter could not have been better. He made good recommendations and was attentive. The Autumn salad was large enough to share and delicious. The Caesar salad was normal size and good. Both salads did need extra dressing and when we asked, it was brought quickly. The Stozzapreti and Gnoochi al pesto were both excellent. We were too full for dessert. We definitely will be going back.

Thus us an annual luncheon with a friend who lives in France. Great as usual. Never rushed out.
