Best Italian Restaurants in Bournheath

We went for my wife’s birthday who has Coeliac Disease. Most of the food is cooked fresh hence if different include breadcrumb was available as an alternative to eat. The portion sizes were large, very good value and tasted fantastic. We really enjoyed our dinner

I really enjoyed my pasta and prawn tagliatelle, it was not what I expected at first missing an ingredient but the waiter got this sorted very quickly and it was spot on. The lasagne was very rich and flavoursome according to my mother in law. I have a small appetite and the portion was just enough.very busy restaurant but staff are very swift and service excellent.

Regina’s delivered an unforgettable Opera Night that blended elegance, atmosphere and incredible talent into one flawless evening. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything feel special and the welcome was warm, the service attentive without ever feeling rushed, and the whole venue had a beautiful, intimate energy that set the tone for the night.. Every course was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly crafted with care. The timing between the dining and the performances was perfect, allowing us to enjoy each dish while still being fully immersed in the music The opera performances were the highlight, powerful, emotional and absolutely captivating. Hearing those voices so close, in such a cosy setting, made the experience feel personal and magical.

We had a great meal here and found the service to be excellent. The portion sizes were very good and the price bracket of the main courses were very competitive for Birmingham city centre with other restaurants charging silly prices!! We would definitely recommend and will call in again on our next trip to Birmingham! The complimentary glasses of lemon cello was a nice touch, thank you!

Absolutely beautiful food. Been coming been coming here for over 15 years and have never had a bad meal or ever been disappointed with anything so would highly recommend
