Sublime, as ever. This is one of my favourite places to eat. Kamil is so skilled and unassuming as a sushi chef and the service and ambience so calm and unobtrusive. Just perfect.

Lovely new addition to Tower Park. The restaurant looks fantastic, the atmosphere was great, and the food was absolutely delicious. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the timing of the food. Our adult meals arrived quite a while before the children’s meals, which left the kids feeling a bit upset and made it difficult for us to eat together. Serving the children’s food first, or at least closer to the adult meals, would have made the experience much smoother. We’d definitely visit again.

We had a lovely evening. The only very minor issue was that some of our food took a bit longer to get to us than expected. The service was excellent and the staff extremely helpful when one of our party had a minor accident just as we were leaving.

Ugly Bird sets a high bar for every element of the experience of going there. Well they have just raised that bar!!! From the warm welcome when you arrive to the 'new menu' everything is just amazing. Thanks for a wonderful night, cannot wait to come back again and carry on exploring that amazing menu. Really great customer service here—the staff were polite, attentive, and very helpful throughout our meal. We ordered the beef brisket, firecracker, and noodles. While the noodles were a bit on the dry side, the rest of the dishes and sides were absolutely delicious. Overall, a lovely visit!

Everyone agrees they had an absolutely amazing dining experience in wagamamas. Serving a table of up to 10 people celebrating a birthday, in a busy restaurant they still managed to make us feel special and not ignored. The server at our table managed to stay composed dealing with a large order, not complaining when we had to make slight changes to our order. She also made excellent recommendations for what to order too when we were unsure. Both our drinks and food exceeded expectations, the cherry blossom lemonade was a perfect recommendation and especially the brilliant chefs who built the tenderness of our mains. We felt a sense of belonging as waiters checked into our table to see how we were doing and kept up the positive mood by refilling drinks and taking away empty plates to make more space for our table with a smile and politeness. After finishing up the food, our birthday celebrant got surprised with a cake and the waiters singing happy birthday !! A positively impressionable night, and a memory to hold and cherish. Guarantee we all will be coming back again and recommending to friends and family !!
