It is a beautiful restaurant, with outstanding service, and generally excellent and creative food. My only disappointment was the A5 wagyu beef (the moist expensive dish, at $90 for 3 oz.), which was tasty but too chewy (tough in the interior) to eat or swallow. I hope this was just an unfortunate one-off, because everything else was exceptional.
