The ambiance was beautiful, the presentation was incredible, and the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable about every aspect of the menu. We enjoyed about five dishes, including Japanese A5 wagyu and the caviar service. I’m so glad we didn’t skip the caviar—it ended up being one of our favorites! The sake sommelier deserves a special mention: she was incredibly knowledgeable, and her guidance made the experience even more memorable. A beautiful evening and such a special way to celebrate. But the manager, Mayfield took over and completed our service with expertise.
