Sunda New Asian opens in The District on March 10. Founded by award-winning restaurateur Billy Dec, Sunda showcases modern Southeast Asian cuisine inspired by Japan, China, and countries throughout Southeast Asia, elevated through refined techniques, premium ingredients, polished service, and presentation.The menu spans sushi, dim sum, noodle and rice dishes, and premium seafood, pork, beef, and poultry creations.
