Always a wonderful experience we started out by the bar  I had they “don’t forget to forget”cocktail ! It was slightly sweet and tart with a slight coffee flavor at the end. Very nice flavor if you like passionfruit cocktails.
They have some delicious and creative combinations at Blu! I love to try a new drink every time I go. My friend had the Boho, which was an excellent combination of rum and ginger beer with other flavors. Our server was very friendly, and we started with the oysters Rockefeller, the rice cakes with spicy tuna on top, which I have to have every time I go. The Wagyu bacon is out of this world, and the wedge salad is the best I’ve had anywhere.
We ordered the lamb chops that were cooked perfect and had great flavor Also  Dover sole that was buttery and delicious, the side of cream, spinach, and truffle fries were a great compliment of our dishes. I ordered a second dish to take it to go. I like them that much!
For desserts the new Key lime dessert was so delicious and refreshing. The tiramisu is always my favorite and by the way is award-winning as the server told us.
We had a memorable night and I always highly recommend Blu for gatherings and special occasions or romantic date nights.
