Owner Noam always make sure that every aspect and every detail of the business is right, from the quality of the food, the always friendly and knowledgeable service of the personnel, and of course the wonderful decor, which is almost New York City like, but in Fairfield!

Our first time dining at One10, and it definitely won’t be our last! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were blown away. The atmosphere is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the entire experience was exceptional. A very special shoutout to General Manager Edwin, who truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. You can tell right away that Edwin takes a tremendous amount of pride in One10 and truly cares about the experience each guest has. His attention to detail and the way he personally made sure everything was perfect really stood out to us. It’s not often you come across someone who is so passionate about what they do, and Edwin is a huge part of what makes One10 such a special place. Beautiful atmosphere, amazing food, and truly outstanding hospitality. One10 is an absolute hidden gem and definitely a must-try. We can’t wait to come back!

What a local Gem!! Run, don't walk. The outside area was beautiful and what a treat to eat outside. From the second we walked in, we were greeted by staff. Our waiter, Scott was perfect. A smile, an energetic presence, and spot on with his recommendations. Food was way too much. Mussels with red wine and mushrooms, Moussaka, and Falafel fried rice was stupendous.
