My wife and I chose to visit The Village Taverner in Storrington yesterday. Although it has been there for about a year we were unaware of its existence. On entry we were greeted warmly and shown to a table. The menu was extensive and had a good variety of choice. The food was excellent as was the service. We definitely will be going again very soon.

Brilliant place, the food was delicious and tge service friendly and attentive. Upstairs is a little cramped but the atmosphere makes up for it. We'd definitely go back again.

The food and service was v good. One member of the group is allergic to gluten, and they kindly made her vegetable sticks instead of the bread. Our server was also v knowledgeable about the menu, on what was suitable for her to eat.

Anniversary meal so knew we were going to enjoy this and the food was amazing. Had every style of prawn, padron peppers, pimiento, albondigas, tuna salad, a meze of bread and oils etc. Waitress was lovely, was concerned that we might have ordered too much which was nice but we hadn’t eaten all day due to this extravaganza of eateries. Smashed the lot and felt very fat so a perfect meal. Will be returning

Another lovely lunch at the MPK - food was lovely after a slight mix up with the goats cheese salad but all good in the end. My friend who was down from London loved the location and interior - as well as the food! - def recommended
