Introducing Bufón, a new restaurant on the Lower East Side from the culinary team behind Demo. Chefs Quang Nguyen and Dina Fan serve up fare inspired by classic European cuisine, but drawing broadly on international techniques and ingredients. The menu will focus on steak and fish, complemented by a raw bar and produce-driven cooking. The extensive wine list, from Jacob Nass and Pierre Derrien, presents a range of terroir-driven & low-intervention offerings from popular and lesser known regions. Bufón also offers a curated array of spirits and product-driven cocktails.At its heart, Bufón is meant to be a place for community - for guests to come, stay awhile, and leave with their week lifted and an evening remembered.
