Best Oyster Bars in False Creek

The food was very good (happy hour). Our server Lily was amazing.

We shared 6 oysters which were amazing! Next time I’ll order 12 and eat them all myself! My husband order Fish and Chips - lovely fresh cod in a crispy (not soggy) batter. I ordered the Thai Mussels which were also amazing - nice plump mussels in a delicious Thai broth. We tend to eat early (around 5:30’ish) so I’m not sure how the ambiance is if it’s later in the evening. If you enjoy seafood then you must try FIVE.

Food and service was incredible. Our birthday girl was serenaded by our amazing server. Watching rowers and boats go by on a beautiful, sunny fall day. It was a great experience overall. We found a new favourite. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

Our group of 4 arrived at opening time and were seated immediately. The restaurant is lovely and we were given a corner table with large comfy armed chairs. The food was well laid out and well displayed. Bonus! It also tasted great! There was a nice assortment of delicious hot dishes available, as well as fresh salads, cold seafood, a waffle station that is manned so the staff prepare the waffles and deliver them to you with a delectable whipped cream and syrup. Desserts were varied, fresh and delicious! Service was amazing. We were welcomed by the manager in a manner that made us feel like friends and all of the serving staff were pleasant and helpful. I should also mention that parking in the hotel’s underground lot is included in the price of the meal. Overall our party agreed that we will all be back!

The food was inventive and delicious. Wine selection was very good.
