Best Ramen Restaurants in North Lawndale

I’ve lunched there many times (awesome “quick” lunch menu) but this was my first late night visit. Same great atmosphere (old school rap playing in background, crowded but not overcrowded) and great service. Late night fried rice was delicious, as were the bang bang shrimp, cucumbers and tuna tartare. Highly recommend.

This place was so good! The drinks to the wings, to pork belly ramen and the Thai tea creme brulee. I almost rolled outta there because I was so full. And the music was good - all 90s R&B and hip-hop. I will definitely be back.

I enjoyed everything about Wax. The DJ played actual Records! The food was great! Ramen with Collard greens! They did it right. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and made the evening a wonderful experience. I will be back.

It was our first time dining here and we really enjoyed it! We got the Lobster Wontons, La Chica, and Lime fusion! To drink, we got the whiskey sours (Jamaica & Tamarindo). Tens across the board!

The dining experience far exceeded our expectations. The bonus was the owner stopped by our table to talk and see if everything was going well. This place is a grm in the community. (10 Stars)
