Best Seafood Restaurants in Chinatown

Everything was excellent, food , service, location and environment, we really enjoy our dinner.

Exquisite French cuisine, delicious meals packed with flavor, every bite melting in your mouth like butter, stellar customer service, loved the French bartender / waiter who hosted us, loved that the chefs prepping and cooking the dishes in front of us, loved the washroom with a poster of Brigit Bardot! Spent our five year anniversary here and couldn’t have chosen a better place! Felt like we were transported to the south of France even if for few hours.

Food at Elio Volpe is fantastic as always. We ordered the seafood fritti misto which has a light fluffy batter outside and delicate seafood inside, and eats like the best of tempura. Yum! We picked the primavera pizza and the thin crust pizza is utterly delicious! We chose two pasta, the Mafaldine and the Calabreselli. The fresh house made pasta were deeply flavorful, cooked al dente and not oversauced. They’re among the best pasta in town! Service is attentive but not intrusive. The noise level is still high despite being given a nice table in front of the kitchen. Overall, it’s a hugely satisfying dinner with great food and superb service!

Our last night in Canada before heading back to Australia was crowned by an exceptional evening at L’Abattoir. The set menu was so generous, interesting and balanced and service was faultless .
