Lovely evening by the river at this cracking restaurant, delicious food, great service and amazing location

As always, the food quality was first class, well cooked and beautifully presented. The staff were polite friendly and professional. The luncheon menu was narrow but offered a range of suitable options.

Visited for the first time, service was quick. All servers were friendly and polite. Food was delicious and good sized portions, good value for money. I said it we were coming for a birthday and they came out with an ice cream with a candle in it singing happy birthday which wasn’t asked for but we really appreciated it. Definitely will come back again when in Bristol next.

Absolutely wonderful meal with fully attentive staff and singing of happy birthday for our special occaosion. The Half Lobster was perfect and the special cod cookied in a bag with mussels and prawns got better and more compex woth flavour after each bite. Highly recommend this restaurant. The ambiance is pleasant but not over the top; hence, the price was completely reasonable and value for such quality. We would definitely return to Portofino, Bath.
