Greek Country Salad is as traditional as it gets—with special touches like white balsamic vinegar, very thinly sliced onions and red peppers, amidst huge chunks of tomatoes and cucumbers. Tou Psara: Clsms, mussels, prawns, calamari in broth over Arborio rice. Absolutely delicious. Seafood cooked perfectly. Arni Kebab, grilled lamb over vegetables and potatoes.
