Every item we ordered had such a unique complexity to it. The menu is very informative about the ingredients used in the dishes. The menu items have a great variety and all are special standouts in their own right. Though if we had to pick, our personal favorite was the A5 Wagyu Nigiri. It’s a wildly flavorful dish that comes with an absolutely mouthwatering presentation. This was easily one of the most exciting and enjoyable dining experiences I’ve ever had.
