We did the tasting menu for $128pp, and the experience was just incredible. The quality of every product, every flavour, and every dish was absolutely perfect. My partner and I love trying this kind of tasting menu, and this one was, by far, the best we’ve had in years. Ramon also made the experience even more special by beautifully explaining the history of the restaurant, its background and goals, as well as all the details behind each dish. His explanations really elevated the whole experience to another level. The chef even came to our table to make sure we were enjoying everything, which was a lovely touch. In summary, we highly recommend Olio. Definitely one of the best food experiences we’ve had in Sydney! ❤️
