We've been extremely happy Emelia's customer for about 30 years and the current operation has us planning for the next 30. The food is always delicious, very well prepared and presented. Waiter Cloudio consistently excellent for at least the last 10 years. Hosts Nunzio & Pat and their daughter Joann always very gracious. This is a down to earth, non glitzy always-go-to restuarant when in or near the area (which by the way is super convenient to Bronx Botanical Gardens and Bronx Zoo. Last there Friday 9/25 with six friends and planning to go on Sunday 10/18 with grandson and his girl friend. Granted, Arthur Avenue has so many restaurants that we might like to try but we find it impossible to not go to Emelia's.

Amazing quality mussels dishes. Tried white previously and now red. Wife had a pizzetta which was too thin and crackery but still tasted good. Service top notch
