Adrianne and the entire Team at Minami were wonderful! Minami was gracious to change our table, and Adrianne is a wonderful server, who described dishes and cocktails, timed out the dishes, and provided great conversation. The dishes — such as the scallops — are delicious, and the sushi is excellent, as usual. Thank you!

My wife and I visited COFU Chinatown last night for their Autumn Omakase experience, and it was absolutely amazing! The food, service, and ambiance were stellar! The chef was so meticulous in the preparation of each dish while engaging openly with us through each course. The restaurant staff were also welcoming and helpful, providing detailed descriptions of each course served. Every sake pairing was thoroughly described to clearly explain the differences among them and the reasons for each pairing with the dishes served. Prior to our visit, I had the opportunity to speak with the restaurant manager regarding my wife's food allergies. He was exceptionally thorough in answering all of our questions, which allowed my wife to fully enjoy her dining experience without any concerns about potential allergens. This evening was a uniquely wonderful experience, and we would rank it well above five stars if possible. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone seeking a one-of-a-kind evening. Thank you COFU, for making our anniversary even more special!
