What a wonderful dining experience! My guest and I arrived earlier than our scheduled reservation after finishing our voting sooner than expected, and the restaurant graciously accommodated us. From the beautiful atmosphere to the excellent food and service, everything exceeded our expectations. A special compliment goes to the lovely lady who waited on us. She was warm, friendly, attentive, and offered a wonderful recommendation. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood our choices and received exactly what we wanted. Great food and a beautiful atmosphere are always appreciated, but outstanding personal service is what makes an experience memorable. Our server definitely did that for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and look forward to returning! Please pass along our appreciation to the restaurant and, especially, to our server. This is a good place to come for relaxing and enjoying some drinks with good food. I tried one of their new dishes, Crispy Korean Chicken Sandwich, which I thought was really flavorful, much like a Korean chicken dish I used to get from a small luncheonette kind of place. My wife had a salad which she enjoyed, though she felt that the lettuce was a little bit old. Outside of that, everything was great along with the service.

Overall, I rate Milk and Honey a high 4 stars, just shy of a 5. I'd never been and ate at the two-month old new location in Manassas. My party of three ordered the same item for Sunday brunch: the smothered fried chicken and honey biscuit with two sunnyside eggs and cream cajun sauce with sprigs of herbs. The presentation was OUTSTANDING. However, my chicken was a little overcooked and dry. A little more of the yummy sauce would have improved it. The Milk and Honey special coffee latte was also outstanding; sweet with a little spice -- totally comforting. This is a beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere and quiet booths that provide privacy and support conversations. The staff were attentive and helpful without being intrusive. Prices are also reasonable for brunch in northern Virginia.

Overall lovely place with great food. My girlfriend and I were big, and ordered way too much. However, we devoured most of the items because they were amazing. The pizookie was to die for. Absolutely fire. The service was efficient, accurate, and welcoming. We are going back again.

It was the first time for all 9 of us to visit this establishment and we couldn't have been more please. They have a hilarious board that says "do not discuss in our restaurant" which we talked to the owner about at length. He was entertaining and the food and service were great! Very family friendly too.
