Best Southern American Restaurants in Morrow

Our server Necia (sp?)was everything! Loved her vibe! Great drinks! Great food! Comfortable atmosphere . We will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes seen on the menu.

This was honestly one of the greatest fine dining experiences I’ve ever had, if not the best. Our server, Kaci, was very polite, patient, and recommended my girlfriend try the Blackberry Nojito, which was delicious. We ordered the Pimento cheese as our appetizer and it was a fantastic start to our meal. The complimentary cheese and jalapeño cornbread was also very tasty. For our entrees, my girlfriend ordered the Shrimp and Grits, while I ordered the Fried Chicken with a Watermelon Salad. This was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. It was neatly plated on a bed of mashed potatoes and served with greens. I’m a VERY picky eater, and I have a history of not liking textural foods (like mashed potatoes), but these mashed potatoes completely blew me out of the water. The greens were a really good addition as well because of how flavorful all of the food was. I tried some of my girlfriend’s Shrimp and Grits and they were really good. Overall, we had an outstanding experience and we’ll be back again.

For the Kimpton, we give the hotel 5 stars and is NOT a typical airport hotel. It is pricey, but very nice. The rooftop bar overlooking the Porsche driving experience was cool and the 1st floor restaurant Apron was excellent. Not a ton of choices, but all we had was very good. Appetizer of Brussels Sprouts was fantastic!
