Consistent experience every time I dine here. Recommend sitting on the upstairs balcony overlooking the Pleasure Pier. Wonderful menu full of flavor and freshly prepared. Great service from starting the minute you are greeted at the door.

Great experience. The staff always remembers our name and the table we like to sit at. Very friendly and knowledgeable crew. The food is always great. Good view of the Gulf of Mexico as well.

We had just spent a full week in New Orleans and it was good to be back home. The southern cuisine at Lucille's exceeded anything we had in the "Big Easy". It was our first time to visit but definitely won't be the last. We shared the chili biscuits (not what we expected but fantastic!). My wife had the chicken and french toast (she's still raving about it) and I had the shrimp & grits and this was probably the best rendition of this classic I've ever had. Great food, unique albeit small setting and a must visit Houston classic.

We had never been to The Porch Cafe, but would highly recommend it for Brunch. We made a reservation on Open Table with ease, and were seated right away. The Eggs Benedict & Breakfast Burger were very generous portions and delicious! Sitting out on the screened porch was perfect!
