What a great find! I had a whole menu of delicious vegan/vegetarian choices and settled on the Souvlaki; yum! (The dressing had been left off the bread - also yummy - but our attentive server brought over some amazing garlic aioli upon request. Can’t recall his name but he had moved to the US from Greece with his parents a decade ago, and was super friendly as well as attentive.) The other person in our party of two ordered a very rare rib eye, and it was exactly how she wanted it prepared. Both her Cosmo and my NA cocktail were refreshingly delicious. Fries were crunchy, salad greens were well dressed with a lime balsamic reduction, and the sautéed spinach was absolutely killer with carmelized onions and garbanzo beans. Too full and no room left even in my dessert stomach, so I had a piece of chocolate cake and strawberry cheesecake to go. What a perfect casual meal, without any rush. (We had made reservations for 5pm as recommended by reviewers, but had no problem getting seated at 4:30 since we had arrived earlier into NYC than we had expected. Highly recommended for vegetarians, and excellent menu for a mixed crowd, including kids. Only wish I could recall our server’s name to give him recognition of a job superbly done.
