What a fun bar to experience! There are many unique and intriguing cocktails offered each hand crafted to perfection. Their collection of Japanese Whiskies is quite impressive. The food is also creative and delicious. We particularly liked the Ronin Fries. The atmosphere is very cool and our server, Amadeus, was outstanding!

Literally my new favorite place!! Some of the best drinks we’ve ever had and the staff made the whole experience. Blythe was the sweetest host and made us feel so welcome. Emma was so sweet and amazing behind the bar. Lauren was incredible and made us specialty drinks based on exactly what we liked and somehow turned it into pure magic. And Austin!! Truly the sweetest with the best personality and customer service. Also does magic behind the bar when he makes those drinks. He explained the drinks perfectly, made us feel so taken care of, and even became our photographer for the night. I completely understand how he got Bartender of the Year! We already tried to come back this Friday but they’re fully booked. Cannot wait to be back!!

Just the greatest atmosphere, and the quality of the drinks was top notch. Made for an excellent evening experience.

My wife and I had a very good experience there. We had drinks only. The menu was good but we were there to have a drink and take in the views. I will recommend the Top of the Hyatt.
