Delicious! 10/10 🙌🏻. Not only was the food great, but so was the server and other staff members. Very warm, attentive and kind. I even got a birthday treat on the house. Thanks guys! Next time we visit Bend, we’ll be eating here again!

We had a wonderful experience. The food was top notch: high quality ingredients, creative cuisine, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented. And the service couldn’t have been better. Tommy Joe was terrific: friendly, helpful, and generous with the pours. We were celebrating our anniversary and Bos Taurus not only gave us free glasses of bubbles, they also comped us the amazing fois gras appetizer that was OUT OF THIS WORLD. We got to meet Chef Hector, the Spanish chef, and he was delightful. He spent time chatting with us and told us about his home town in NW Spain. The whole experience could not have been any better. We highly recommend Bos Taurus and definitely plan to go back next time we are in Bend. Outstanding in every way.
