Yesterday I walked in and was greeted with a birthday card (my birthday was 9/29). No one told QM so I'm guessing that they picked up this information from my opentable profile. QM also brought me this AMAZING Sticky Toffee dessert with a candle (and no charge). Furthermore, I was with a dear friend who I haven't seen in a while so we had a lot to catch up on. NO ONE rushed us away from our table. The service staff was respectful and allowed us the time to talk and talk and talk (we did have a few cocktails). QM is already my go to for dinner after work as I'm in mid-town and this location is very convenient. Everything was incredible from the ambiance to the food, the wine and drinks, and especially the service. Sergio was charming, attentive, knowledgeable about wine pairings, and he made my daughter’s birthday celebration extra special. I always have a great experience at Quality Italian, which is why I make a reservation every time I’m in NYC. My only regret is that I didn’t discover it sooner. I highly recommend the Spicy Lobster Rigatoni Alla Vodka, the Corn Crème Brûlée, and the house special Filet Meatballs. These are personal favorites, however, you can’t go wrong with nearly anything else on their menu.
