The absolute best steak I've ever had. Better than Ruth's Chris by far. Amazing staff, beautiful restaurant, incredibly knowledgeable and personable server Alice made the whole experience enjoyable. 20/10 recommend the filet mignon. We were a later seating after spending two days tending my sister in the hospital and because it was my birthday we chose to spoil ourselves with an incredible meal. I had the filet with seasonal veggies and added a lobster tail. Husband had hangar steak (cooked to perfection). There is not one thing that could have been better. Service was swift and every single person on staff was pleasant and kind and proficient at their job. Finished the meal with very delicious créme brûlée and bread pudding. An overall beautiful experience. Will absolutely be returning even though we live an hour away.

We visited The Lion's Den for our Anniversary. Wednesday night is a great night to visit! Not terribly busy. I wish I could remember our waiters name. He was excellent! Johnny on the spot with whatever we needed. This guy understands the meaning of service! The food was excellent! My wife enjoyed a filet mignon with the wine jus. The steak was nicely crusted on the outside and perfectly cooked to medium rare. I had the special, Lamb Chops with smashed potatoes with a grain mustard reduction. Delicious!!! The lamb was also crisp on the outside and medium rare inside. If I could have eaten the bones I would have. Instead, I will have to share them with our blood hound. The mustard reduction was light and flavorful without overpowering the lamb. All in all, a great meal with great service.

Another great visit at Firebirds! We dine there weekly and are never disappointed. I often go for the perfect pair-salad and sandwich and my bride usually has a salad. The staff are so accommodating—I often ask for modifications to my order (e.g. different type of lettuce, add avocado, etc.) and they always cheerfully make it happen! The server staff are terrific; on this visit we had a favorite, Marrissa, take care of us and we could not have been more pleased with the service.

Another wonderful experience at Firebirds! Nicholas the manager always comes over to welcome us and talk! It makes us enjoy the experience a lot more! Rosalie is a great waitress as well, very friendly. And the people that check you in and welcome you are always so pleasant! Good food, and your staff adds to the dining experience and makes us feel like family!

We were here for my daughter’s birthday. We usually come here with a big group and we are never disappointed. The two servers (sorry I don’t remember their names) we had were very attentive and helpful. They had an answer for all our questions and their recommendations made ordering easy.
