Best Steakhouses in Fiesta Henderson

My wife got the regular 22oz ribeye (oscar style) and it was melt in your mouth tender. I got the 28oz lobster tail (market price $245!) It was needles to say the biggest lobster tail I've ever had and it was delicious. The sides we got were, the green beans (very good) and the scalloped potatoes that were fine. Service was above average, very nice staff. Then we got Bananas Foster served table side for desert, so good. It was a fantastic celebration dinner.

This dining experience was great. We had made reservations and arrived slightly before, and were seated right away. Our server, Lauren, greeted us and asked if we wanted to start with drinks or hear about the menu first. We took our time ordering and elected to have a crab cake appetizer followed by two different steaks for dinner. We opted for the ribeye and the filet; both cooked to perfection. We were treated as first class customers the whole evening and can't wait to return.

This was our first time to the restaurant and we enjoyed every minute. The staff was engaged including Antonio - one of the owners. The atmosphere was so comfortable with a great vibe. Highly recommend....definitely will go back.

We had a wonderful experience dining at Hayworth. Our server Brittany was on top of everything, made great recommendations, and helped guide us through a wonderful night out. We started with the warm bread, which is baked daily in house. The schmaltz that came with it was creamy and perfect on the challah loaf. For entrees, we had the cavatelli and the sablefish. Both arrived beautifully plated. Sablefish is not everyone’s cup of tea, but it is my absolute favorite eating fish. It was moist, tender, and excellently prepared. We added the farro risotto and the hot honey vinegar fingerlings. This take on risotto was creamy and delicious, and the farro contributed an earthy taste and a satisfying, slightly firm/chewy texture. I look forward to ordering it again in the future. But honestly the star of the meal was the hot honey fingerlings. Most people don’t really have high expectations of the humble spud. But the balance of the spicy, sweet, slightly acidic hot honey sauce that covered the potatoes made every single bite a flavor extravaganza. The cocktail list is worth exploring. We ordered a Europa and a Snowbird, and both were amazing. You could tell that these were thoughtfully prepared libations from a very skilled mixologist. The decor is beautiful. Parking is easy. Prices are reasonable for this type of experience, except for the beef. But with the prices of beef nowadays, I can understand how a 6oz filet can cost $69. I understand it, but that doesn’t make it any easier to swallow. Overall, it was a 5 out of 5 night out at a nicely appointed, upscale restaurant that the Green Valley Ranch community is lucky to have.
