Went to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The service and food were outstanding! Definitely not a cheap place to dine, but was worth every penny! Satisfied customer!

We had such a wonderful dinner here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary! The steak was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. But what really made the evening special was our server, who was incredibly kind and attentive the whole night. When they found out we were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with a complimentary cheesecake — such a sweet, thoughtful touch that made the night even more memorable. We came with our two kids and the whole family had a truly enjoyable time. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great steak and genuinely warm service. We'll definitely be back!

Hys is still the best of the best steakhouses on Oahu. Service is excellent and food was outstanding. Started with the spinach salad for 2. We split a Delmonico steak and a side of mushrooms. The entrees came with broccoli and cauliflower. I got fries and my wife got a baked potato. Steak was perfectly seasoned and medium rare. Tender and delicious. Had cherries jubilee for desert. Decadent and delicious. Best dining experience on Oahu.

Despite the challenges of Friday evening traffic and minor delays with valet services, our overall experience was exceptional. The Ilikai lobby provided a vibrant atmosphere, and the elevator ride offered an impressive perspective of the Waikiki Yacht Harbor. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated at a quiet table with scenic views of Diamond Head and the surrounding hotels. The menu was refined and well-curated. Our server, Bernard, provided expert recommendations, specifically the steak for two, prepared medium-rare, which was complemented perfectly by red wine and fresh bread. The meal was served efficiently, and the quality of the steak, mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus was outstanding. Following a celebratory dessert, we enjoyed a seamless transition to the beach for the fireworks display. I highly recommend the Empire Steakhouse at the Ilikai for an excellent dining experience.

This is our third time at the Signature, and it was just as good as the others! Me and my boyfriend come here to celebrate each others birthdays and look forward to it all year long. The food is absolutely amazing and has always come out quickly (our favorites are the beef carpaccio, strawberry salad, asparagus carbonara, wagyu special, the filet, and the mushroom risotto). Nicholas was a wonderful and professional server and made our experience wonderful. We also want to give him kudos for how well he was handling his section in general. Thanks so much to Nicholas and the whole Signature team. We will definitely be back
