A classic! I’ve never had a bad experience here (minus the company I brought with me one time but I have to blame my bad taste in men, not management! LOL). My most recent dining experience was impeccable. Andrew was our server and he was so knowledgeable about the menu- even giving fun facts (which I love!) the food was all cooked to perfection and I am relieved because I had really hyped the place up to my guest and it far exceeded my praises! Thank you!

We celebrated my partner's 15-year journey in higher education, a doctorate+, if you will. We ordered the Wagu tartare, which I found flavourful, and the good doctor loved the in-house-made potato chips that came with it. (It came close to the steak tartare we had that one time in Paris that we still talk about. We shared the Wellington, since we've watched a lot of Ramsey and have always wanted to try it. The potatoes were amazing! My partner declared them the star of the show! The carrots were also very yummy. The Willingdon itself? The steak was cooked to perfection; the mushrooms were tasty, and it was all very good. Next time, I think I'd stick with a traditional steak. I'm super glad I tried the Wellington, which was the point, but I think I prefer my steak pastryless. (Just my opinion, not a comment on the dish's quality.) We were stuffed! But I mentioned we were there to celebrate my partner's achievements when I booked, so they treated us to Ramsey's famous Sticky Toffee Pudding. It was incredible! With ice cream from a local creamery and, to top it all off, a congratulatory chocolate brownie for each of us- both desserts on the house! Incredible! We sat outside on the covered patio to watch the sunset. Jets flew overhead every so often, quite low and loud, but didn't really take away from anything. An airplane enthusiast would call it a perk! Overall, it was an experience we will remember. Thank you.

Had a challenge when first seated - waited about 20 minutes for a server. Had to go back to the hostess stand to alert them no one had come to see us. Manager stepped in to assist and turned the experience around. Went well after the team was made aware of the experience. Good service recovery in that regard. There was an error on our bill at the end which was promptly fixed with prompt attention. Quality of food and drink was very good. Mushrooms Neptune, Bleu Cheese Filet & bacon wrapped filet were all excellent. Kudos to the team for addressing our issues with urgency and recovering. Would (and will) still come back again. Thank you

The quality of the food here is honestly on another level. They had a unique take on the foie gras parfait with a slightly sweet pairing of crunchy walnuts. I was blown away by how outstanding the service was throughout the entire meal. For example, when I received my cocktail topped with cotton candy, my son's eyes lit up. Without saying a word, our server quickly went to get another piece of cotton candy just for my son. You really have to try their steak, as the cuts are incredibly marbled and delicious. They have a large selection of different cuts from various countries and farms. Everything we ordered arrived perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. Overall, what we ordered was on the heavier side, and I would recommend pairing it with something to balance that out. I cannot recommend this spot enough for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience.
