One of the finest steak restaurants. The Brussels sprouts and pork belly are out of this world. The cowboy ribeye was cooked perfectly. Dessert with a tawny port was the perfect finishing touch. A true great steak place in the middle of many wannabes. Make this a must stop next time in Vegas! Mina’s team at Strip were amazing with their knowledge. A true dining experience.

The Golden Steer Steakhouse, famed as the oldest steakhouse in Las Vegas, absolutely lives up to its reputation. While getting a reservation can feel nearly impossible, it’s worth every effort—this is a dining experience you shouldn’t miss. The ambiance is classic old-school steakhouse, exuding a timeless charm, and the service is truly unparalleled. From the moment we walked in, we were seated within minutes, and the experience began on a high note. Our server expertly guided us through the menu, and we kicked things off with the seafood tower. It was a showstopper—massive shrimp, king crab, lobster, and oysters, all incredibly fresh and served with perfect accompaniments. If you’re visiting, do not skip the tableside Caesar salad. In fact, I’d go as far as to say it’s a must-have—without it, you’re missing the heart of the experience! For the main course, I had the bone-in ribeye paired with lobster, and my wife chose the prime rib. Both were cooked to perfection and full of incredible flavor. We rounded out the meal with whipped potatoes and creamed corn, which were the perfect sides to complement our entrées. And finally, the pièce de résistance: the tableside bananas foster. If there’s one dessert that will completely blow your mind, it’s this. The presentation, the flavor—everything about it is unforgettable. The Golden Steer is officially my go-to spot in Vegas. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a memorable experience that I’ll return to again and again.

We had to wait to go into the Foundation Room because they were hosting an event in the lounge. When we finally got seated, there weren't many diners in the dining room so was quiet.

This is a stellar Steakhouse. We had the Tomahawk steak for 2 dinner, and a nice bottle of Jordan Cabernet. Manuel Raoul and Juan took tremendously good care of us, and we will definitely be back our next time in Las Vegas.
