Best Steakhouses in Milwaukie

What a GREAT meal and experience! We sat at the chef's counter, had the chopped beef bao, kimchi, ssam set with NY steak, charred cabbage. Service was flawless - attentive, approachable, and lovely from start to finish. Chef at the counter made us feel welcome and invited us to ask questions throughout the meal - not that we really had any but it was a nice service touch we don't often see in a town with plenty of chef's counters. Food was wonderful, the ssam set was refreshing, sauces well balanced and punchy, meat cooked to perfection, pickles were killer. My first time since it was Renata, I love the rebuild and how much more comfortable and inviting the space feels. Can't wait to go back!

Stunning design, incredible food and a fun professional staff. The hype is real. Place was poppin', so looking forward to eating here again. None of us could comprehend how bread & butter for the table could be so fabulous. Our group had steak, chicken and halibut and all were exceptional. Get the green beans too...perfection.

Great experience at Stanford’s restaurant. It was my father’s 80th birthday and they had a card signed by the employees and happy birthday confetti sprinkled all over the table! It was a nice touch that was very appreciated!

Everything was absolutely perfect in every way. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding…the highlight was the halibut with succotash…oh my!! And thank you for the birthday dessert!!

If I’m being completely honest, this is the best place, I’ve ever been to for a steak our server. Shaun was super energetic. She was very kind of helpful. I will definitely be back here.
