The la carbonara experience was one my family will never forget! The host was extremely accommodating for those in my family with dietary restrictions and the food was unbelievable!! We all raved about how it was hands down the best steak we have had anywhere in the world (and we come from NYC where there is a steakhouse every 50 ft). The dessert trio was an outstanding ending to a beautiful meal. You must stop by if you are traveling through Florence

I always make it a point to eat at this restaurant while I’m in Florence. Julian, our waiter was fantastic as well as the food.. the pasta stuffed with pear is to die for!! the steaks were cooked perfectly as well! Imagine going to a restaurant and watching your pasta get made by Mama. It is a real treat!
