This is The best restaurant in London. It’s our 4th time here, and we’re definitely coming back soon. The food is delicious, the service is excellent and everything is special and beautiful, it’s not noisy and it’s a great place to be with the people you love.

I love visiting Hachi every time I am in London. Best Yakiniku and with Kobe beef or Wagyu. Super friendly and amazing staff.

There were 3 in our party, all of whom are vegan and one is also gluten free. The staff were very helpful explaining the options that were available for us all and even suggested us changing one of the orders as they realised they could not actually make it gluten free. The food was excellent and the whole experience was superb. Thank you.

food was amazing, everything we tried was superb, the manager and one of the waitresses too, but our waitress not really, she was removing plates, even unfinished ones without asking during our meal a few times. didn't even offer desserts, we had to ask for it. bit definitely will come back for those croquettes, ramens, and french toast with matcha soft ice cream
