Well, our server named Johnathan was not very well trained and assisting the public with making sure that they have all the things that they need while dying in their fine restaurant like Oku. But the manager, Mayfield took over and completed our service with expertise. We thank him for understanding that some individuals are just not cut out for certain positions, but Mayfield seems to understand that Service is everything he took over and everything got turned around to our satisfaction, so to Mayfield, we give you five stars thank you Dr. Lewis-Martin family

Koshu Club did not disappoint! I took my boyfriend here for his birthday, and we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The ambiance was beautiful, the presentation was incredible, and the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable about every aspect of the menu. We enjoyed about five dishes, including Japanese A5 wagyu and the caviar service. I’m so glad we didn’t skip the caviar—it ended up being one of our favorites! The sake sommelier deserves a special mention: she was incredibly knowledgeable, and her guidance made the experience even more memorable. A beautiful evening and such a special way to celebrate. We can’t wait to go back.
