The food was absolutely amazing, and our server was wonderful! My friend and I had the $120 tasting menu, and it was worth every bite. Every dish was delicious and beautifully done, and the drinks were fantastic too. Such a great experience from start to finish. We’ll be back!

We visit Montreal a couple times a year this was are first visit to VARGAAS, it was a great evening celebrating wife birthday, the waiter RUFF ( spelling ) was unbelievable the food done to perfection, the taste, the presentation right down to the special coffee and desert, my wife is very particular I think I have lost count on how many times she said it was the best meal she has enjoyed in a long time, we both had a filet of beef, grilled veg, scalloped potatoes, the desert was the best, top off with a special coffee, WE WILL BE BACK next time in MONTREAL, Thanks to the whole Staff special shout out to RUFF we will always remember you
