We have become regulars at Avanzare and, besides food and atmosphere, it’s due to Ricardo, Owner, and the wait staff, particularly Ryan. We always get a warm welcome and a big hug from Ricardo when entering and when leaving, making the experience much like coming home after being away for a while. Menu selections have all the classics and the dinner specials are usually based on classic Italian dishes. Avanzare has an extensive wine selection and Ricardo will make a personal recommendation when asked. Always a great experience!!!

We shared appetizers: vegie samosas and cauliflower fritters. Delicious. Then shared palak paneer, lamb curry, naan, basil garlic naan and rice. All well prepared, served hot and generous portions. Quiet enough to share conversation among the four of us. Definitely coming again.

The food was amazing! We are not vegetarian, but we had all vegetarian entrees and everything was so good! The okra dish, in particular, was a standout in terms of freshness, flavor and texture. The eggplant dish was so good, and the samosas were amazing. Service was very attentive, with servers asking what level of heat you wanted in your dishes. I can't wait to go back.
