A really pleasant surprise! It’s quite unusual to find such delicious Italian food that is completely vegan. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are genuinely caring and attentive. A wonderful experience!

We booked onlone for a table of 4 at 4pm in the trongate restaurant Absolutely outstanding food, service, location, staff, cleanliness, atmosphere, we had the Gravy train burger, buck burger, the big boy and a selection of sides everything was piping hot and cooked to perfect the taste was phenomenal, it was also my sons 18th birthday and the staff went out their way to light candles and all sang happy birthday to him we will be reccomending bucks bar to everyone and we will be back thank you again X Cheryl Gilchrist and family

Loved the food and the ambience! Runny poached eggs just as they should be and candles for brunch. Never disappointed when we come here - staff are very welcoming!

Had a lovely meal. I love Ethiopian food and was delighted to find an Ethiopian restaurant in Edinburgh. Service was excellent - so friendly and personal. Food was delicious, could have done with extra injera though. Vegan platter for two was just about enough - my friend was not very hungry, but otherwise we might have wanted slightly more. But flavour-wise, excellent. Background music was a bit loud but our host willingly turned it down when we asked nicely :). Definitely recommend.
