Sitting at the counter offers the opportunities to converse with the chef and get a better understanding of his styles and techniques. The food was delicious and incredibly fresh; unlike other tempuras, you get the true taste of the ingredients and not the thick batter coating. If you are a fan of uni, I would highly recommend the addition. Even though the portions seem small, by the time you finish, you will be extremely satiated.
