The manager himself visited my table several times and even knew me by name which was impressive. He ensured the Chef would have the steak perfectly cooked to my preference. My steak was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and juicy. I’ve eaten several steaks from around the city this year and this was the most delicious one to date. My experience was absolutely phenomenal and honestly exceeded my standard. Thank you Capital Grille for making things right and ensuring myself and my date had a great evening.
