Best Wine Bars in West Vancouver

We booked Giusti to celebrate my wife's birthday. She had never been there, and I loved it the last time I was there with friends. It did not disappoint! We started with a cocktail at the bar while our table was being set. The Amaretto sour was amazing. The martini with a lemon twist was served as two ounces in the glass and a little side bottle on a coaster with ice, with another two ounces. The presentation was excellent, and the cocktail was perfect. For dinner, we had the burrata with Concord grapes, the gem salad with anchovies, the Tagliatelle ragu, spaghetti alla chittara and of course the lasagna! Wow, everything was incredible. All this was accompanied by the Giusti Valpolicella Ripasso red that was superb. We finished with some grappa and then stumbled home. It was the perfect night.

The food was inventive and delicious. Wine selection was very good.

Great menu. We absolutely loved everything, especially the duck dish and cocktails. Very cozy space where you get to see drinks and food getting made in front of you. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable, explaining all courses to you in great detail. Ambiance was great for conversation and a fun night out. Will definitely go back when we are in Vancouver.
