My husband and I had the most delicious dinner at Rovino last night. We were in the mood for great Italian cuisine, and Rovino did not disappoint. In fact it is the best Italian food we’ve had for a long time. The caprese salad is without question the best I’ve ever had. It was a mixed salad with the most beautiful tomatoes and sublime burrata. We also tried the meatball appetizer and butternut squash soup. For entrees my husband had the spicy sausage pasta, I had the chicken Parmesan. We couldn’t get over how good everything tasted. The owners came and talked to us. They were charming. The waitress was too. We will undoubtedly be back and recommend Rovino to our family and friends.

This was my first time there. It was the first restaurant I've truly enjoyed since coming to America from Japan. We ordered a salad, pizza, pasta, and dessert. Everything was delicious and satisfying, starting with the salad. For the salad, I ordered the Arugula e Parma. The lemon dressing was exquisite, bringing together the arugula, cheese, and mushrooms without overpowering them. For the pizza, I ordered the Margherita DOP. The buffalo mozzarella was so flavorful that I didn't want to swallow it. The pizza crust was just the right thickness, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The tomato sauce had a perfect balance of acidity and flavor. For the pasta, I ordered Gnocchi alla Sorrentina. The gnocchi was cooked perfectly, chewy and delicious, and the tomato sauce, smoked mozzarella, and eggplant were also very tasty. The eggplant had absorbed the delicious flavor of the pasta. For dessert, I ordered Tiramisù. The Tiramisù had a perfect balance of mascarpone, espresso, cocoa, and whipped cream on top. It wasn't too sweet or too bitter, and I was able to easily finish it even though I was full. There are still many other restaurants I haven't been to, but this is a restaurant I would like to visit again and again.

    We had an amazing experience, we had reservation at 6pm, didt realize they closed at 7. We were there due wine tasting our server was amazing. We never felt rushed. Definitely going back. Wines were really good and I've been to Paso, Valle Guadalupe and Napa.

    The food truck did a good job of making a variety of options. It would be nice to have wait staff, rather than self serve. The ambiance overcomes the casual dining, and the wine was wonderful. We had a table for 8 under a vine covered pergola. A beautiful afternoon was had by all.
