Food is always fantastic. I haven’t been to Devon in well over a year. The place needs and update. Booths were not comfortable and table was all marked up. For pricey place, they need to do some updating. The food did not disappoint.

This was our second time dining at Devon. Definitely not as good as our first experience. Food was bland and some of the items on our plates were only lukewarm. I was also pretty disgusted by the young man delivered the biscuits. Several times we witnessed him rubbing his hands through his hair. That is unacceptable in any food service environment

For the perfect seafood dinner I recommend Devons Hershey. We started with lobster bisque which was delicious and creamy. It had a distinct lobster flavor in a creamy broth. The seafood platter included a crab cake, sautéed shrimp and salmon with mashed Yukon gold potatoes and perfectly grilled asparagus. The crab cake had no recognizable filler and was solid crab meat.

The entire dining experience was very relaxing and pleasant. The recommendations were spot on from drinks to dessert. Definitely a favorite.

Devon always cooks excellent seafood. We went for the fried fish special—2 large pieces of breaded fish. They were fresh and hot, breaded perfectly, and came with tartar sauce, and remoulade (sp?) I preferred the latter, although the fish was excellent plain. There was also a small side of Cole slaw, a tasty complement.

The only weak spot were the French fries, which my wife didn’t find special. I had the foresight to ask for a replacement (which the chef kindly permitted)—in my case, cooked cauliflower with bacon bits, which was also an excellent side dish.

We ended by sharing my favorite dessert: Hershey’s Chocolate Velvet cake, a blissful concoction that never fails to please.

Service was excellent, and I made sure to reward the server accordingly in this C19 era.

Perfect for a nice quiet meal for two. Portions were large enough to either fill a hearty appetite, or allow you to take a little home to savor another day.

I was disappointed with the service. We did not feel like we were welcome guests and our dinner was rushed. It was not the kind of night I was expecting to celebrate my husband’s birthday. 😕

We went to celebrate my birthday. The Food was just what we have come to expect (quite yummy), but the staff made the meal. The hostess who sat us was wearing a 4 diamonds mask and took a minute to chat with us about THON (something she didn’t need to do, but taking the extra minute made for a great start
To our evening. Our server (Ryan? Young blonde gentleman) was fantastic. It was our first time there since having a baby and rather than get a sitter we brought her along. All the staff loved her, but she did start to fuss a little toward the end of our meal. He never made us feel like she was being a nuisance and while she probably wasn’t fussing that loud, for new parents in a nice restaurant we were worried we were annoying him/others and felt bad. He took care of us like it was no big deal and put a candle in my creme brûlée (was it trick? I tried three times to blow it out-we had a good laugh over that ). When we decided the baby was getting ready to really get fussy he got us our check quickly (sensing our rising panic I’m sure lol). We used my birthday coupon and mentioned in passing that my husband wasn’t able to use his because of the pandemic. He spoke to a manager without us asking and they are working to reissue it-something we didn’t expect but are so grateful for. This is our go to restaurant for special occasions or just a great seafood meal and will continue to be because of experiences like this! Thank you Devons for making my birthday extra special this year!

The food is amazing and the service was excellent!!!!!

A beautiful evening for my wife’s birthday. Fantastic selection of wine & superbly mixed drinks. The only negative was that it was a busy night & the meal was hurriedly plated. The shrimp & crab cake were not completely done. The Salmon was sitting in my potatoes. The seasoning was superb. In the end it was nice to try but not interested in returning for the money spent for another potentially under cooked dish.

Devon Seafood & Steak is an upscale restaurant. We have dined there at least 10 times over the last few years. The food and service have always been excellent.

Their food is top quality and the service is also top quality. Their biscuits are the best ever! It is a five star restaurant

Our dinner was fine, but that's unfortunate when we ordered seafood at a seafood restaurant. The ahi tuna tartare was "blackened" leaving very little uncooked and that took away all the texture of the ahi tuna, isn't tartare supposed to be raw? The scallops were only seared on one side, and we're rubbery. The lobster risotto did not have a lot flavor. I would not go back for any of these dishes.

Also, the carrot cake was like my mom’s - outstanding flavor!

I brought 3 friends along who had never been to Devon’s before and they were all equally impressed by the food quality. Everything was delicious! Our server was a little stretched as it took awhile to get our drinks but otherwise, the experience was great.

I have eaten there a number of times and always had a fantastic meal. The service is fantastic. Try the new bacon and cream style corn dish you will not be disappointed.

Great as always. Downtown Dane is my favorite cocktail here. Halibut, George’s Bank Scallops, Parmesan Encrusted Sole were all done perfectly and the sides were delicious. My favorite is the lobster Mac and cheese.

We had a very nice relaxing dinner, and took advantage of the off menu special. It was delightful and our server, Dustin, was the best. He was attentive but not too much so, conversive and friendly, and overall a great server!
