The crispy Mahi bowl was great. Ambiance is a bit loud. The sound was definitely turned up as our waiter tried to explain the menu and it was difficult to hear him. The bar was a little slow delivering drinks and it wasn’t that busy. But overall we enjoyed our meal and would recommend. Shout out to Devin for an enjoyable evening, great waiter.

First time to this location although I’ve been to probably 12-15 other locations over the years. You know/expect the experience to be a certain way - the Ruths Chris way. Anyway this location is going through a major renovation so right now it doesn’t have the style or ambiance you expect - hard to fault them for updating the place but it’s not all that appealing right now - location is great tho. Food- excellent craft cocktails. Bread, per usual, brought to the table. The Mrs.’ steak and lobster were perfect for her along with tasty mashed potatoes - I couldn’t help sneaking a few bites. I ordered the bone in filet which is my fave. The server returned to give me the bad news they were out… I got the 11 oz filet which was delightful . It was undercooked so I sent it back and they got it right with a minute on their sizzling grill. The sides were solid. The brussels were average. Service - very good. Kudos to our server, Jamison. It was a busy night an he still was very attentive. When we ordered a specific bottle of chard which we love, he came back to inform us they were out. Bummer being out of two things we wanted. However, the manager came over, was very apologetic and upgraded our wine choice for no charge. He also comped a dessert. We were really in no rush so none of this deterred us from having a great meal and fun time. Again, very good service. Recommend

My wife and I love this place! The food it’s amazing. Everything is freshly made. The wine selection is awesome! If you don’t know what wine to order with your food you server can help you with making a choice and it will not disappoint you.

We sat outside and it was a beautiful night. There was a person sitting outside that had a dog that barked most of the time. It was a little annoying but we were outside so there is a lot of noise going on in Market Square. It was our fit time and I couldn’t have been more pleased with everything. The food was exceptional and the service was awesome. I had the fried chicken sweet and spicy and it was delicious. My husband had the Meatloaf and said it was delicious. If you like chocolate and pecans you have to try their pecan pie. So good. My husband ate half the pie and he doesn’t like chocolate or pecans very much. Can’t wait to go back.

Our server Sam was attentive. Food was really good. Friends who went with us said this Firebirds was much better than theirs in another city. We will return.
