   I would not come back here. Our food was served on a hot plate…yet the food itself was cold. Both the tacos and enchiladas were this way along with the rice. The drinks were mediocre at best

   Our waiter was great! Very accommodating with my being vegetarian. Delicious margaritas and food. It should be noted that the bottomless brunch price included one drink that can then be refilled endlessly.

    Was seated at table. Waitress spilled entire glass of water on myself. Ordered food. It came out ice cold. They forgot 2 of the meals so everyone else had food but them. Waited forever for that. Waiter never came back for drinks he was too busy at the bar talking with bartender and having a drink himself. Manager blamed cold food on she’s only the front of house manager and not responsible for the back. Overall horrible experience will not return

    The food was cold. The bottomless drinks were only filled once or twice. We weren’t given the option to order specific food options just brought full plates of food that must have been sitting and waiting. Brought guacamole without chips. For the price it was very underwhelming and a very different experience than in the past

    Visited the 14th St location 2-3 times per year from 2017-2019 and loved the atmosphere, roof deck, food & drink selections and of course the bottomless brunch which offered some of the best variety we’ve experienced. We had not been back for a couple years and totally understand that COVID hit the industry hard but losing the 14th St location and drastically slimming down both the food and drink options does lessen the experience. Good luck going forward and I hope you can expand again in the future.

    We didn’t have to flag down our waitress, Belsy (who legit was amazing) at no point during our two hours there. Our glasses were never empty or our food. At first I was thrown off guard by them picking the plates for us, but they literally give you a little of everything and it was great! You can ask for more of one thing, but the service from the moment I called because we were running late to being attended was 1000000000/10! Made the experience much better!

    Had very limited selection for Sat brunch. Out of choriqueso and salsa was very strange and not traditional at all. Tacos and rice were tasty. Black beans were bland. Service was slow and unenthusiastic. Back patio was fun but there was no shade or umbrellas and the sun was blindi.g and hot. They were sweet to our dog.

    We went for brunch. I have been there numerous times before while visiting the DC area. It was my first time at their new Georgetown location. I was disappointed starting off when I saw how much they shrank down their bottomless brunch menu. For someone who doesn't eat eggs, The only things left were their 4 taco options and two desserts. I was instantly let down as this was one off my favorite places. Then their fresca drinks were also removed from the menu.... Huge let down again. It took forever to get our food and drinks. None of the waiters knew where the food or drinks were going to when they came out. This led to use not getting our first round off drinks or food until 45 minutes after sitting. But even though it was on them for taking so long to put out such a limited menu, they still kicked use out at the 2 hour mark even though we were just sitting there the first 45 minutes off our time. Unfortunately, no one from my group plans on going back. Total disappoinment.

    It smelled really bad on the inside (like a toilet) and they charged me 2 dollars extra for my margarita because it was “frozen” which wasn’t mentioned in the happy hour menu.

    Hostess was a bit condescending but the waiter, Daniel was very friendly and accommodating. Food was just okay. Presented well but taste was nothing to rave about. Drinks were mostly ice and the pork in the tacos was overly tough and chewy. Cooks were too heavy handed with the black bean purée in our nachos which basically made them soggy. Would likely not return.

    I guess the bottomless brunch has changed for El Centro. I frequent the old 14th st location more than this one. Brining out everywhere on the menu didn’t serve myself and my party which in turn waste food. The menu always says enjoy for two hours but really u can only eat for 1hr and 30 min if u have a 2pm res. It just absolutely wasn’t worth it. The menu was also significantly reduced which I understand but the bring out food people possibly cant or wont eat seems like such a waste.

    Horrible server. The server with short/shaved hair (supposedly venezuelan, not sure) did not want to be there. We had to ask 3 times before we could get our first drink after getting seated. Mad attitude the whole time too. It felt like we were bothering him or we had to beg him to serve us. Not to mention, it took 30 minutes to get drinks that are already premade and in pitcher already (magarita and mimosa) - all he had to do was pour them in the glass. The server was missing 90% of bottomless brunch. We literally had to call him or had someone call him for us to get service. Prioritized one table with 2 people sitting outside vs 6 of us in the table inside the first floor. He did everything to avoid us, talk to the bartender: go outside, go to the register, talk to the other servers, etc. He never even put in the order for churros, and when we asked him for it, he had the audacity to say the kitchen is close after being nowhere to be found for at least 30 minutes. We go here at least once a month for a get together, but most likely won’t be back after that shittyass service.

    Bad service, had to ask for water and napkins/silverware, they ran out of frozen margaritas for happy hour which is why I came there in the first place, and food was lukewarm/cold. Terrible!

    Food was phenomenal, but we were set by a cold door near the kitchen stairs, and our server came by our table to drop off water, take our order and we had to ask for the check. Got a very warm welcome from the person delivering the food, but otherwise it was terrible service.

    A little slow at the hostess stand, but they seemed understaffed. Once we were seated, our waitress was very friendly and attentive, but again, understaffed as she was waiting on several tables and mixing drinks as well. We ordered guacamole with corn, which was very good, but a bit sweet. Next time, we'll get the traditional guacamole. My wife had chicken tacos and I have the pork tacos. Both were excellent and three tacos was a very good sized meal. Also, the spicy margarita was outstanding.

    Overall food was good. Had bottomless brunch. Tacos were the best out of all the food. Mamosos tasted good, but not a great deal of alcohol in them. Service was ok. Waitress was hard to understand and was not really friendly. I don't think I saw anyone from the staff seem happy at all. Maybe it's because they had to work on mother's day.

    No hostess downstairs as you enter and nobody was seated downstairs. No directions to go up to the second floor. Food was blah, tortilla soup was creamed ( bizarre orange color too). I can not recommend.

    El Centro has gone downhill significantly. Overall, our experience was subpar. Bad service, uncooked food, and overall underwhelming. I’m not sure if they were severely understaffed or not but we saw our waiter twice (once to order and once to pay our bill). The steak was ordered medium and received closer to rare. The only positive was the chipotle salsa and the margaritas were cheap for Sunday Funday.
