The female pianist and singer was amazing! Great set list, beautiful voice and she engaged with the audience too. We booked for the music, thinking the menu didn’t look amazing. But it was amazing!! The menu doesn’t do the food justice. It was fresh, high quality, superbly cooked and presented. Waiters friendly and efficient despite how busy the restaurant was. Great atmosphere. Really couldn’t fault the whole experience. Will return whenever in Bath.

The team, especially Tina, were friendly & attentive. Service was quick, but giving enough time to enjoy our drinks, and the food was delicious and of high quality from local farms & producers. The pub itself has great ambience and cracking views. We will be back again & highly recommend a visit!

Champagne Afternoon Tea for a friends 60th - Champagne was fabulous, dry and crisp and amazing choice of finger sandwiches, little brioche buns and cakes.

It's possibly a little pricey but the food is outstanding. Meat eating party had a variety of lamb and chicken dishes, all considered excellent. Service was attentive without being overbearing. All staff polite and friendly.

We had brunch here after moving my son into uni halls, and before driving home. We were greeted at the door and showed to our table. The menu is vast and when the food arrived it was not only delicious but the presentation was great too. Service is great. Food great. Would definitely go back.

Great meal! Simple dishes, first class ingredients, skilfully prepared and beautifully presented. The service was charming and efficient too. And all very reasonably priced. It was a bit crowded and noisy, but to be expected in the middle of the Cheltenham Jazz Festival. An excellent experience all round. I wish we’d discovered this place years ago! We will be back…
