What a nice change to have choices that felt new and unique… looking forward to going back to try the things we missed out on this time. Everything was fresh and delicious. Loved the champagne vinaigrette on the beet and arugula salad, and even the roasted carrots were something special. My husband finished off his Asiago gnocchi before I could even steal a bite! The tuna poke was full of flavor and the preparation was beautiful and fun! I was disappointed that we ran out of time (and room!) for dessert… next time!! Timothy was so helpful to explain the menu, offer suggestions, and offer pleasant conversation. We really had a wonderful time!
